Heather H. Grahame
Partner
Ms. Grahame is a partner and co-chair of the firm-wide Telecommunications practice. Practice focuses on public utility law and civil litigation. Has significant experience representing telecommunications, refuse, water and wastewater, and oil and gas companies in major adjudicatory and rulemaking proceedings before state public utility commissions, the Federal Communications Commission, and in state and federal court litigation. Ms. Grahame also assists clients on legislative issues before state legislatures and U.S. Congress.
