Barry D. Glazer

Mr. Glazer is a partner, co-head of of Dorsey’s London office and a member of the firm's Policy Committee. Partner in the International practice group since 1979, Associate 1973-1978. Has practiced in Minneapolis, Paris, London and Brussels. Head of the Brussels office 1992-2000. Practices in the area of international corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in connection with European operations, including advice on U.S. and foreign aspects of establishment of  business operations and distribution, foreign acquisitions and joint ventures, licensing, employment matters and EU competition and regulatory issues, including data privacy regulations.
