Jessica is an Associate in the Benefits and Compensation practice group. Although she has experience with retirement plans, Jessica practices primarily in the area of health and welfare plans including health plans, dental plans, flexible benefit plans, disability plans, life insurance plans, fringe benefit plans and severance plans. Jessica assists employers with compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, HIPAA, COBRA, USERRA, Medicare Part D, Medicare Secondary Payer rules, and GINA.
