Thomas O. Gorman, Dorsey Partner and Former Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission, will participate in a panel discussion produced by Fordham Law School and the Chinese Business Lawyers Association in New York on January 29, 2014. The program will examine the recent expanded use of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the implications for U.S. companies and law firms, using China as a specific topic of discussion.
