Julie has been with Dorsey & Whitney LLP since May 2006 and prior to that was with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati and Karr Tuttle Campbell. She works primarily with privately held companies and is experienced in company incorporation and formation procedures, minute book and corporate records management and blue sky law compliance.
