Holly S. A. Eng
Partner
The Chair of our Labor and Employment practice group, Holly Eng is passionate about employment law. “I really enjoy the courtroom, the strategy, the depositions, the witness on the other side of the table.” But Holly not only litigates, she is also a counselor and a problem solver. “Clients come to me in crisis; no one calls me because they are having a particularly good day.” And managing through the crisis is an area where Holly excels.
Holly advises a wide range of corporations—public and private, large and small—on labor and employment-related issues. She also works frequently with governmental entities. She represents clients in litigation, labor arbitrations, and administrative proceedings; her litigation experience includes both single plaintiff and multiple plaintiff cases—including class action litigation—in all areas of federal and state employment law. Holly also conducts investigations, drafts employment agreements and policies, and conducts workplace training.
