Dorsey also has more than a decade of experience in the renewable energy sector. Our energy attorneys have completed the largest ethanol deals in U.S. history, including a $275 million project financing for three ethanol production facilities in Nebraska, Indiana and Ohio. Dorsey has handled every aspect of power plant development and finance for a wide range of wind power projects, as well as a variety of hydroelectric, solar, geothermal and waste-to-energy projects.
