Michele Droege has worked as a commercial paralegal since 1990. Her primary focus is bankruptcy and business law, providing key support on many large Alaska reorganizations in the airline industry including MarkAir, Inc., MarkAir Express, Inc., Alaska Central Express, Inc., and Yute Air, Inc., as well as many other chapter 7 and chapter 11 cases in the fishing and other service industries within Alaska. Additionally, Ms. Droege has assisted with the documentation of many corporations and limited liability companies and has acted as the lead paralegal in many state and federal civil and criminal litigation cases.
