Matthew Doughty
Partner
Matthew Doughty practices in the London office as a partner in the Corporate Group. He has broad experience in IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, re-organizations, de-mergers, and joint ventures. Mr. Doughty has advised on national and international public equity transactions, including public offerings and listings on the London, New York, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges.
A member of the London Stock Exchange's AIM Disciplinary Committee, Mr. Doughty qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 1996. His recent transactions include advising KBC Peel Hunt as financial adviser and underwriter with respect to a £33 million rights issue by Holidaybreak plc, as well as advising CompuGROUP on its £160m bid for iSOFT Group.
