Roy Ginsburg’s Employment Law Blog addresses Quirky Questions in the field of Employment Law. The blog was inspired by the numerous questions that Roy and his colleagues routinely received from clients, as well as the often bizarre fact patterns in reported cases or news articles relating to employment topics. These questions, cases and articles became the basis for an annual seminar Roy created many years ago in which he and his colleagues reviewed 25 to 30 of the most unusual inquiries they had received or observed during the preceding year. The popularity of these seminars, the enthusiastic client responses they generated, and the fact that Roy and his colleagues only could cover a small fraction of the questions received led Roy to start this blog at the beginning of October 2007.
