Diversity Commitment



Dorsey understands the value of a diverse work environment and believes that this environment adds to the success of our attorneys, staff, and clients.  Policies and actions speak louder than words.  To put our views into practice, we have created a firmwide Diversity Steering Committee to drive our global effort, and appointed at the individual office level a Diversity Partner to drive local diversity efforts.  To learn more about diversity at Dorsey, please click on the links at right.
