Networking & Affinity Groups Dorsey has three networking and affinity groups: the attorneys of color group, the GLBT group (which includes attorneys and staff), and the women attorneys group.
The affinity groups meet monthly or quarterly throughout the year, depending on the size and participation level in that office. The affinity groups organize events for all affinity group members firmwide, which are usually held in conjunction with the annual lawyer meeting. These events include:
- GLBT lunch at annual lawyer meeting
- Attorneys of color reception at annual lawyer meeting
- Women attorney retreat
