Mentoring
At Dorsey, we believe that mentor relationships assist all attorneys in their development. Each office has a different mentoring program for associates, based on the size and culture of that particular office. In addition, all summer associates are formally assigned at least one mentor.
The Firm has also instituted a Diversity Advisor program in the Minneapolis office for all associates of color, LGBT associates, and senior-level women associates. The Diversity Sponsors program has been well received by the participating attorneys and the Diversity Steering Committee is considering plans for expanding the program to additional offices.
