Management

In order for a diversity program to succeed, the Firm’s management must support and participate in that program. In 2006, Dorsey's Diversity Steering Committee was restructured to encourage increased management participation in the day-to-day diversity initiatives. Dorsey supports the retention and promotion of women, LGBT, and minority attorneys. As a Firm, we are working to increase the representation of these groups in our management. Marianne Short assumed the Firm's Managing Partner role effective January 1, 2007. Marianne is the first woman to serve as Dorsey's Managing Partner.
