Courtney is an associate in Dorsey's Labor and Employment Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on employment litigation and advice.
Courtney represents employers in single-plaintiff and class- and collective-action lawsuits involving discrimination, retaliation, contractual, trade secret, ERISA, and wage-and-hour claims under various state and federal laws.
In addition to her litigation practice, Courtney conducts workplace investigations and advises employers on a broad range of employment issues, including discipline and discharge decisions, disability and leave issues, workforce reductions and separation agreements, and employment policy design. She also has traditional labor law experience, having represented employers in labor arbitrations and in the collective bargaining process.
