Kenneth L. Cutler
Partner-in-Charge, Transactions
Mr. Cutler is a Corporate partner, head of the firm’s world-wide Transactions Group and a member of the firm's Management Committee. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth companies, venture capital financing and corporate finance.
Also represents private and public companies on general corporate matters, financing transactions and SEC-registered public offerings.
