Zeb Curtin is an associate in Dorsey’s Labor & Employment practice group. His practice involves all aspects of employment law, including both litigation and advice work. On the litigation side, Zeb has defended employers against administrative charges and lawsuits—both single-plaintiff cases and class actions—alleging age, race, gender, and disability discrimination. He also has significant experience defending state and federal collective and class action wage-and-hour lawsuits.
On the advice side, Zeb provides ongoing counseling across a broad spectrum of employment law issues (including wage-and-hour compliance, employee leave, drug testing, and HR best practices), in addition to drafting and auditing employment policies.
Zeb is co-chair of Dorsey’s Habitat for Humanity program and a member of the firm’s Volunteer Council.
