Partner in Dorsey's Finance and Restructuring department and head of the Minneapolis office's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring practice group. Practices in the areas of bankruptcy, workout and banking law, with an emphasis on creditor and indenture trustee representation.
Practice includes the representation of indenture trustees, secured lenders, unsecured creditors and unsecured creditors' committees in restructurings, reorganizations, liquidations and avoidance actions. Also represents lenders in original loan transactions and purchasers in the acquisition of assets from distressed companies and bankruptcy estates.
