General municipal practice for cities, counties, school districts and special taxing districts in the issuance of general obligation, revenue, special assessment and tax increment financings, public financings for state authorities and state-wide associations, and private activity bond financings for manufacturing facilities, private colleges, hospitals, other health care facilities, 501(c)(3) entities, and multi-family residential rental facilities.
