Of counsel in Dorsey's Finance and Restructuring practice group. Practices in the areas of bankruptcy, workout, and banking law.

Practice includes the representation of secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and unsecured creditors' committees in restructurings, reorganizations, and liquidations. Also represents purchasers in the acquisition of assets from bankruptcy estates.

Prior to joining Dorsey, Ms. Clark worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Kressel, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota and Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Eighth Circuit, 1996-1998.
