Litigation

• Obtained jury verdicts and settlements, each worth millions of dollars,  in precedent-setting constitutional challenges to government regulations, including: Oehrleins et. al. vs. Hennepin County; Randy’s Sanitation vs. Wright County; Superior Services vs. Wright County.
• Successfully litigated and negotiated critical regulatory issues in numerous states leading to federal authority for key services for leading telecommunications provider: Section 271 Application of Qwest Corporation

Transactions

• Lead outside counsel for regulatory approvals in various states involving sale of Qwest Dex; Regulatory counsel for lending syndicate in sale of McLeod assets to Prariewave Communications.
