Mr. Cattanach is a partner and practices in the areas of regulatory litigation, including environmental, telecommunications, and insurance.
Cattanach's practice focuses on regulatory litigation, civil and criminal environmental enforcement proceedings, environmental law and International Regulatory Compliance (EU focus).
Previously Trial Attorney, United States Department of Justice; Special Counsel to the Secretary of the Navy. Among his many interests, Mr. Cattanach enjoys bicycle racing (State Road Race Champion 2009 and State Criterium Champion 2009) and cross country skiing.
