Liz Buckingham is a partner in, and former Chair of, Dorsey's Trademark, Copyright, Advertising and Brand Management practice group. She practices exclusively in the areas of trademark, copyright, entertainment, unfair competition and internet law. Her work includes brand management, counseling, prosecution, transactional work, implementation of enforcement strategies and litigation before courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Liz serves on the INTA Bulletin Committee of the International Trademark Association and, in that capacity, frequently writes feature articles for the INTA Bulletin. She and Dorsey partner Heather Redmond have written a treatise entitled Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Practice: A Comprehensive Review, which will be published this spring by ALM Media.
Liz is recognized both globally and nationally as a leading trademark attorney.
