Mr. Brown is a partner, head of the firm's ENREG/Telecom/Legislative department, co-chair of the ENREG practice and chair of the Energy group. He represents clients in litigation, administrative actions, enforcement proceedings and complex negotiations relating to water quality, air toxics, hazardous and solid waste and soil and groundwater cleanup, environmental and energy matters, including environmental review and major facility permitting. Advises clients on environmental permitting and compliance, environmental auditing and due diligence.
