CST/Berger to be Acquired by Robert Bosch GmbH

Dorsey client Robert Bosch GmbH entered into an aqreement to acquire CST/Berger, a division of the publicly traded U.S. company The Stanley Works. CST/Berger is a leading supplier of equipment for leveling and surveying. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. The announced purchase price is $205 million (approximately €132).
