Dorsey's Xu Discusses IP Rights in China
“China has been called the world headquarters for counterfeit goods, the source of everything from designer-brand knock-offs to black-market aircraft parts,” writes Geoffrey James in an article for

“Some people think that there are no protections in China,” Xu says, “but there are laws, and they have sometimes been used effectively to stop infringement.”
