Mr. Bellinger has been involved in complex litigation for over twenty years. He has represented major corporations throughout the country, including NBC and the Consolidated Edison Company of New York. He has represented numerous individuals and entities before various federal and state agencies, including the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the SEC and the Antitrust Department. He specializes in corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense, and has litigated securities and employment discrimination cases.
