Mr. Beckstrand is an associate in the Corporate group. His practice focuses on complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture finance, and public offerings.
Mr. Beckstrand has represented high technology and biotechnology companies and value-added software resellers in licensing and distribution transactions, patent licensing transactions, research and development transactions, strategic alliance transactions, commercialization transactions, and computer services transactions. In addition, Mr. Beckstrand has experience in mergers and acquisitions involving high technology targets.
