Ms. Anderson is a partner and head of the firm-wide Benefits and Compensation department. Primarily practices in the area of employer-sponsored health and welfare benefit plans. Formerly partner in the Trial department, 1991-1996. Practiced in the area of complex civil litigation, including ERISA and employment law.
