Chris is an associate in Dorsey's Labor and Employment Practice Group, where he provides litigation support and advice to management regarding labor relations; gender, race, disability, national origin, age, and religious discrimination; whistleblower retaliation; business torts, including defamation and tortious interference with contractual relations; trade secret and non-competition agreements; sexual harassment; and federal and state leave laws.
Chris represents a variety of large and small companies in front of state and federal courts, the NLRB, the EEOC, and multiple state administrative bodies.
