Alysia is an attorney in the Tax, Trusts and Estate Department. Her practice focuses upon estate planning, charitable gift planning and advising public charities, private foundations and other nonprofit and tax exempt organizations. Additionally, Alysia has served as Dorsey's Pro Bono Counsel since 2005 and she helps run the firm's Pro Bono Program, specifically focusing upon building and facilitating pro bono opportunities for the firm's transactional attorneys.
