International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Lanier Saperstein has joined the Litigation group in the Firm’s New York office as a Partner. His practice focuses on representation of banks and other financial services clients, especially in litigations involving cross-border and extraterritorial issues. His clients include some of China’s largest banks as well as other non-U.S. banks.
Mr. Saperstein received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William & Mary; a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics; and a JD from Northwestern University Law School. He was previously with Allen & Overy LLP in New York.
