Paul Ackerman is a partner in Dorsey's Intellectual Property group. Mr. Ackerman's practice involves all aspects of intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent litigation and trial. Mr. Ackerman has been involved in a number of contested proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, including appeals and interference practice. Mr. Ackerman has litigated cases involving various technology including cellular telephony, software, internet technology, semiconductor fabrication and testing, biotechnology and mechanical devices.
