Mr. Gardiner is a partner and head of the firm's Salt Lake City Corporate Department focusing on corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, representing both buyers and sellers in various industries. Sam has also done substantial work in representing companies and investors in venture capital and other private equity financings, registered public equity financings, debt financings, PIPEs, recapitalizations and other corporate restructurings.
