Of Counsel in Dorsey's Corporate/Finance practice group. Practices in the area of tax-exempt finance, acts as bond counsel to the State, its various agencies and instrumentalities, local governments and other political subdivisions, acts as underwriter's counsel on transactions and frequently drafts legislation relating to government finance and other matters pertaining to state and local government.
