Overview

MEGAN SPECIALIZES IN THE RECOVERY AND PROTECTION OF ASSETS FOR BANKS AND LENDERS, RESTRUCTURING AND RESOLVING TROUBLED LOANS, AND LITIGATES COMMERCIAL, INSOLVENCY, RECEIVERSHIP AND BANKRUPTCY MATTERS.
Megan assists banks, creditors, receivers and bankruptcy trustees in recovering and liquidating assets.  Megan successfully negotiates restructuring transactions that provides her clients the maximum recovery possible, including by liquidation or appointment of a receiver.  Additionally, Megan litigates claims by, and against, lenders, bankruptcy trustees, and receivers.  Megan’s experience prior to law in finance, accounting and real estate provides her with a unique perspective on issues and disputes between lenders and troubled borrowers.
