The 2008 Employment Law Handbook (Minnesota)
To assist Minnesota-based employers with the increasingly complex field of employment-related law, Minneapolis-based Dorsey labor & employment attorneys have published the "The 2008 Employment Law Handbook - A Practical Guide for Minnesota Employers."
The Handbook is intended to help employers understand the many and varied legal issues that can arise from everyday employment-related decisions, including hiring, discipline, and termination. The format is designed principally to heighten awareness and facilitate discussion of these and other subjects, rather than a formal set of rules listing "do's" and "don'ts."
